Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SignalLanding (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our website, diagnostic tools, and paid deliverability firewall and related services. It is written for a UK-oriented operation and is intended to be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

SignalLanding provides zero-access autonomous deliverability firewall services for outbound sales teams. For privacy questions, contact grant@signallanding.com.

2. Data Collected

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

  • Publicly queryable DNS data related to domains you submit for diagnosis or firewall activation, such as MX, TXT, SPF, DMARC, DKIM-related, and CNAME records that are published in the public DNS.
  • Contact details you provide (for example name, work email, company or domain, and message content) via contact forms, lead-capture unlocks, or email.
  • Order and payment details associated with purchases. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited payment metadata (such as payment status and customer email) necessary to fulfil the order, not your full card number.
  • Technical logs typical of operating a website (for example IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as processed by our hosting provider.

3. What We Never Access

We do not read, store, or monitor the contents of your corporate email, inbox credentials, mailbox passwords, or private communication logs. We do not require registrar or DNS-console passwords. Our model is deliberately limited to public DNS and the information you choose to send us for fulfilment.

4. Purpose of processing

We process personal data to:

  • provide diagnostics and deliver firewall / DNS records you purchase;
  • communicate about orders, revisions, and support;
  • respond to enquiries and fleet/agency sales requests;
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the site; and
  • comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Where UK GDPR applies, our legal bases typically include performance of a contract (orders and delivery), legitimate interests (securing and improving the site, responding to business enquiries), and consent where you voluntarily submit a form or marketing preference.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Stripe — payment processing for checkout and refunds. Stripe’s privacy materials apply to card data handled in their systems.
  • Google Workspace — transactional notifications and business email (for example order and support correspondence).
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers — to serve the website and related application logs.

We do not sell your personal data. Processors act on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.

6. Cookies & analytics

As of the last updated date above, the marketing site does not use a third-party advertising or product-analytics pixel suite. Essential cookies or local storage may be used by the application framework or payment redirect flow to operate the site. If we introduce analytics later, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent.

7. Retention

We retain order and fulfilment records for as long as needed to provide the Service, handle revisions or refunds, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Contact-form and lead-capture emails are retained as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable business follow-up period, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practices. Public DNS snapshots associated with an order may be kept with that order file.

8. Your rights (UK GDPR)

If UK GDPR applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability, subject to legal exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email grant@signallanding.com.

9. International transfers

Some processors (including Stripe and Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms provided by those vendors (such as standard contractual clauses).
