Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SignalLanding’s websites, diagnostic tools, and paid DNS remediation deliverables (together, the “Services”). By purchasing a patch, submitting a contact form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Services.

2. Services Provided

SignalLanding provides autonomous deliverability firewall services and, where purchased, a one-time delivery of technical DNS record configurations — including SPF flattening guidance and DMARC enforcement strings — based on publicly accessible DNS lookups and information you supply about your sending stack. The Services are designed as a zero-access remediation model: we generate paste-ready records and related checklists; we do not operate as your DNS host, email service provider, or managed security provider unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

On-page diagnostics and illustrative examples may simulate common failure modes for product demonstration. Paid deliverables are prepared for the domain(s) and sending context described in your order. Sentinel Fleet and custom volume packages are described on our Pricing page and may be confirmed by email prior to fulfilment.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, copy-pasting, and applying any generated DNS records to your authoritative nameserver or registrar, and for verifying that changes propagate as intended. You are also responsible for obtaining any internal approvals required by your organisation (including IT and security review) before publishing records.

SignalLanding does not control TTL, registrar UI differences, or third-party vendor SPF includes that change after delivery. If your sending infrastructure changes materially after delivery, new lookups or a new order may be required.

4. No Registrar Liability

SignalLanding never accesses, logs into, or manages third-party hosting accounts, DNS registrars, mailbox providers, or email servers on your behalf. We do not request or store registrar passwords, API tokens for DNS control planes, or inbox credentials. You remain fully responsible for credentials and for any actions taken inside those third-party systems.

5. Payments & Refunds

Primary continuous cover is Signal Sentinel at $49/month. Incident Patch rescue is offered at $99 (one-time) per domain unless another price is stated at checkout. Sentinel Fleet and custom agency volume pricing is as listed on our Pricing page or as quoted in writing. Payments for self-serve Incident Patch checkout are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Refunds. Because deliverables are digital configurations tailored to a stated domain and stack, all sales are generally final once records are delivered. If we fail to deliver the promised paste-ready records for your stated sending domain and stack, or if the delivered records are demonstrably incorrect for that stated stack and we cannot reasonably revise them after you notify us promptly with the relevant public DNS evidence, you may request a refund for verified delivery failure. Refund requests should be sent to grant@signallanding.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase and must include your order reference, domain name, and a brief description of the failure. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect application of records, registrar delays, third-party ESP include changes after delivery, or outcomes dependent on factors outside DNS authentication (offer, copy, list quality, or spam complaints).

6. Zero-Access Model & No Warranty of Placement

We warrant that we will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is.” Inbox placement depends on many factors beyond authentication records. We do not guarantee specific reply rates, spam-folder outcomes, or uninterrupted deliverability after you publish records.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalLanding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Intellectual Property

The SignalLanding name, site design, and tooling remain our property. Subject to full payment, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the DNS record strings and checklists delivered for your ordered domain(s) in connection with operating that domain’s email authentication.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are contracting as a consumer in another jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes that affect an existing paid order will not apply retroactively to that order unless required by law or agreed in writing.
